SB28 - AN ACT TO PROVIDE THAT CONTRIBUTORY MEMBERS OF THE PUBLIC EMPLOYEES RETIREMENT SYSTEM SHALL RECEIVE BENEFITS AT LEAST EQUAL TO WHAT THEY WOULD RECEIVE AS NON-CONTRIBUTORY MEMBERS OF THE PUBLIC EMPLOYEES RETIREMENT SYSTEM; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES."
