SB154 - TO FURTHER CLARIFY THAT INSURANCE POLICY HOLDERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR THE ATTORNEYS’ FEES INCURRED BY INSURANCE COMPANIES IN DEFENSE OF CASES IN WHICH THE INSURANCE COMPANY IS FOUND NOT LIABLE FOR THE LOSS.
