SB278 - AN ACT TO PROHIBIT EMPLOYEES OF THE STATE AND ITS POLITICAL SUBDIVISIONS FROM ENTERING INTO AGREEMENTS THAT ANY CONTRACT OR SETTLEMENT MADE ON BEHALF OF THE GOVERNMENTAL ENTITY SHALL BE WITHHELD FROM PUBLIC DISCLOSURE; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES."
