TO EXTEND TEMPORARY 1% BENEFIT UNDER THE LOCAL POLICE AND FIRE RETIREMENT SYSTEM TO DISABILITY RETIRANTS WHOSE AGE IS LESS THAN THE SOCIAL SECURITY MINIMUM AND AGE 62 YEARS.
TO REGULATE TITLE INSURANCE AGENTS AND PERSONS ENGAGED IN THE BUSINESS OF TITLE INSURANCE.
TO REPEAL ARKANSAS CODE 26-26-305 RELATING TO THE CYCLICAL REAPPRAISAL OF PROPERTY AND ADOPT AND CLARIFY PROCEDURES.
REGARDING THE FILING OF A SCHEDULE OF PROPERTY TO MAKE IT APPLICABLE TO ALL COURT JUDGMENTS
THE AFFORDABLE NEIGHBORHOOD HOUSING TAX CREDIT ACT OF 1997; TO PROVIDE FOR AFFORDABLE HOUSING ASSISTANCE ACTIVITIES.
TO AMEND THE SALARIES OF MUNICIPAL COURT PERSONNEL
