TO REPEAL ARKANSAS CODE 24-11-820(B)(5) WHICH PROVIDES THAT IF A FIRE FIGHTER MARRIES AFTER RETIREMENT THE SPOUSE SHALL NOT RECEIVE BENEFITS FROM THE RETIREMENT FUND.
TO PROVIDE THAT RESIDENTIAL LAWN CARE IS EXEMPT FROM SALES AND USE TAXES.
TO REQUIRE THE DIRECTOR OF THE DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION TO DEVELOP A PLAN TO PUT DISTANCE LEARNING IN ALL ARKANSAS SCHOOL DISTRICTS.
TO PROVIDE THAT OWNERS, OPERATORS, AND USERS OF SPORT SHOOTING RANGES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR NOISE POLLUTION IF THE RANGE COMPLIED WITH LOCAL ORDINANCES AT THE TIME THEY WERE ESTABLISHED.
