TO EXPAND THE PURPOSES FOR WHICH THE ALTERNATIVE LOCAL SALES AND USE TAX MAY BE USED.
TO EXEMPT THE SALE OF GAS PRODUCED FROM BIOMASS AND SOLD FOR THE PURPOSE OF GENERATING ENERGY TO BE SOLD TO THE GAS PRODUCER FROM THE ARKANSAS GROSS RECEIPTS TAX.
REQUESTING THE ARKANSAS ADVOCATES FOR CHILDREN AND FAMILIES TO ENSURE THAT A COMPREHENSIVE CHILD AND ADOLESCENT NUTRITION POLICY BE DEVELOPED FOR THE STATE OF ARKANSAS.
