TO PROVIDE FOR THE NOTIFICATION OF THE VICTIM OR THE VICTIM'S IMMEDIATE FAMILY WHEN AN INMATE OF THE DEPARTMENT OF CORRECTION IS RELEASED ON WORK-STUDY AND IS RETURNING TO THE COUNTY FROM WHICH HE WAS TRIED AND CONVICTED
URGING THE U.S. CONGRESS TO REDIRECT MONEY FROM THE MILITARY BUDGET TO THE STATES TO MEET THE CRITICAL NEEDS OF OUR CITIZENS, AND THEREBY INCREASING OUR NATIONAL SECURITY.
URGES ADEQUATE HEALTH CARE FUNDING FOR LOW-INCOME CITIZENS AND PHARMACEUTICAL ASSISTANCE AND THAT PATIENTS HAVE ACCESS TO MEDICAL CARE AND A PHYSICIAN'S JUDGMENT ABOUT PATIENT CARE BE RESPECTED.
