PROVIDE PROCEDURE DURING REGULAR SESSIONS FOR THE CONSIDERATION OF BILLS WHICH WOULD CREATE NEW BOARDS, COMMISSION, OR OTHER ENTITIES OF STATE GOVERNMENT.
AN ACT TO GRANT VOLUNTEER IMMUNITY FOR LICENSED HEALTH CARE PROFESSIONALS; TO AMEND TITLE 16, CHAPTER 6 PERTAINING TO THE ARKANSAS VOLUNTEER IMMUNITY ACT; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
