REGULATION OF SMOKING IN RESTAURANTS
TO IMPOSE A MINIMUM TERM OF IMPRISONMENT BEFORE CERTAIN OFFENDERS ARE ELIGIBLE FOR PAROLE OR TRANSFER
TO AUTHORIZE CITIES OF THE SECOND CLASS AND INCORPORATED TOWNS TO PROVIDE BY ORDINANCE FOR EXPENDING UP TO ONE THOUSAND DOLLARS ($1,000) ANNUALLY FOR INCIDENTALS FOR EMPLOYEES AND OTHER PERSONS PROVIDING SERVICES TO THE CITY.
AN ACT PERTAINING TO THE WRONGFUL DEATH OR INJURY OF A PET; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
AN ACT PERMITTING JUVENILE FELONS TO BE PROSECUTED IN MUNICIPAL COURT OR CIRCUIT COURT FOR SUBSEQUENT MISDEMEANOR OFFENSES.
PROVIDE THAT AFTER DENIAL OF AN APPLICATION FOR AN ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE PERMIT, NO APPLICATION WILL BE ACCEPTED FOR THAT LOCATION FROM THE SAME APPLICANT OR REAL PARTY IN INTEREST UNTIL THE EXPIRATION OF FIVE YEARS.
AN ACT TO ABOLISH THE WHITE RIVER VALLEY COMMISSION.
