TO AMEND VARIOUS SECTIONS OF THE ARKANSAS CODE ANNOTATED TO REDUCE THE AGE FOR COMPULSORY SCHOOL ATTENDANCE FROM 17 TO 16 YEARS.
TO PROVIDE AN APPROPRIATE PREMIUM REDUCTION FOR AUTOMOBILE LIABILITY AND PHYSICAL DAMAGE INSURANCE PREMIUM CHARGES TO COLLEGE GRADUATES FOR SCHOLASTIC ACHIEVEMENT

TO WAIVE OUT-OF-STATE TUITION CHARGES FOR STUDENTS WHO SCORE 26 OR ABOVE ON THE AMERICAN COLLEGE TEST (ACT) AND ENROLL IN ARKANSAS INSTITUTIONS OF HIGHER EDUCATION.
TO ALLOW PARENTS TO GIVE NOTICE OF HOME SCHOOLING ANY TIME DURING A SEMESTER WHEN THEIR CHILD HAS BEEN EXPELLED OR WHEN ILLNESS OR INJURY PREVENT THE CHILD FROM COMPLETING THE SEMESTER IN THE REGULAR CLASSROOM.
TO REDUCE THE NUMBER OF ADULT EDUCATION CLASS HOURS THAT STUDENTS WHO ARE ENROLLED IN ADULT EDUCATION AND EMPLOYED FOR 30 OR MORE HOURS PER WEEK ARE REQUIRED TO ATTEND.
