ENCOURAGING EACH AND EVERY CITIZEN OF THE STATE TO DONATE MONEY TO THE ARKANSAS RESERVE COMPONENTS EMERGENCY RELIEF FUND.
TO ENCOURAGE ALL PHYSICIANS AND HEALTHCARE PROVIDERS IN ARKANSAS TO ACCEPT TRICARE PATIENTS.
TO ENCOURAGE ALL STATE AGENCIES, BOARDS, AND COMMISSIONS THAT REGULATE OCCUPATIONS AND PROFESSIONS TO EXTEND LENIENCY TO MEMBERS OF THE ARKANSAS NATIONAL GUARD AND RESERVES.
