HB2083 - TO AMEND THE LAW CONCERNING CRIMINAL BACKGROUND CHECKS FOR A LONG-TERM CARE EMPLOYEE TO CLARIFY THAT EXPUNGED, PARDONED, OR OTHERWISE SEALED OFFENSES WILL NOT DISQUALIFY AN INDIVIDUAL FROM EMPLOYMENT IN A LONG-TERM CARE FACILITY.
