This subcommittee was created by the Legislative Council on August 21, 2015, as required by Act 1280 of 2015 (Senate Bill 967), for the purpose of conducting a feasibility study of the electronic filing of campaign contribution and expenditure reports, carryover fund reports, and the implementation of a system for the review of the electronic forms.
