SB445 - PROVIDE THAT AFTER DENIAL OF AN APPLICATION FOR AN ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE CONTROL PERMIT, NO APPLICATION WILL BE ACCEPTED FOR THAT LOCATION FROM THE SAME APPLICANT OR REAL PARTY IN INTEREST UNTIL THE EXPIRATION OF ONE YEAR.
