SB58 - TO AMEND THE ARKANSAS WRONGFUL DEATH STATUTE TO CLARIFY THE LIST OF BENEFICIARIES TO INCLUDE PERSONS REGARDLESS OF AGE TO WHOM THE DECEASED STOOD IN LOCO PARENTIS AT ANY TIME DURING THE LIFE OF THE DECEASED.
