SB78 - AN ACT TO AMEND VARIOUS SECTIONS OF THE CRIMINAL CODE TO PROVIDE THAT DEFENDANTS LESS THAN EIGHTEEN YEARS OF AGE AT THE TIME OF COMMITTING A CAPITAL OFFENSE SHALL NOT BE SUBJECT TO THE DEATH PENALTY.
