SB84 - ELIMINATE PROVISION THAT SENATE MEMBERS OF THE LEGISLATIVE COUNCIL MAY NOT SERVE AFTER THE GENERAL ELECTION IF THEY WILL NOT SERVE IN THE NEXT GENERAL ASSEMBLY AND MAKE THE TREATMENT THE SAME FOR HOUSE MEMBERS AND SENATE MEMBERS.
