RATIFYING THE PROPOSED AMENDMENT TO THE UNITED STATES CONSTITUTION PROVIDING THAT EQUALITY OF RIGHTS UNDER THE LAW SHALL NOT BE DENIED OR ABRIDGED BY THE UNITED STATES OR ANY STATE ON ACCOUNT OF SEX.
