REQUESTING THAT THE HOUSE AND SENATE INTERIM COMMITTEES ON EDUCATION STUDY THE IMPACT OF REMOVING PUBLIC SCHOOL EMPLOYEE HEALTH INSURANCE FUNDING FROM FOUNDATION FUNDING AND TRANSFERRING THAT OBLIGATION TO THE STATE OF ARKANSAS.
