REQUESTING A STUDY TO DETERMINE HOW THE ARKANSAS LEGISLATURE CAN GUARANTEE ELDERLY CITIZENS OF THIS STATE CONTINUED ACCESS TO TRANSPORTATION THROUGH REGULATION OF INSURANCE PREMIUMS.
