TO PROHIBIT THE USE OF CERTAIN SINGLE-USE TEXTBOOKS AND COURSE MATERIALS FOR UNDERGRADUATE COURSES AT STATE-SUPPORTED INSTITUTIONS OF HIGHER EDUCATION AND TO MINIMIZE THE COST OF TEXTBOOKS AND COURSE MATERIALS.
TO AMEND ARKANSAS LAW CONCERNING TOBACCO TREATMENT, PREVENTION, AND CESSATION.
TO ESTABLISH POLICIES ADDRESSING THE SELECTION AND USE OF TEXTBOOKS AND COURSE MATERIALS AT STATE-SUPPORTED INSTITUTIONS OF HIGHER EDUCATION.
TO PROVIDE FOR GRANTS AND INCENTIVES TO ASSIST ARKANSAS DAIRY FARMERS IN CONTINUING TO PRODUCE MILK IN THIS STATE.
RATIFYING THE PROPOSED AMENDMENT TO THE UNITED STATES CONSTITUTION PROVIDING THAT EQUALITY OF RIGHTS UNDER THE LAW SHALL NOT BE DENIED OR ABRIDGED BY THE UNITED STATES OR ANY STATE ON ACCOUNT OF SEX.
