TO CREATE THE ARKANSAS UNBORN CHILD PROTECTION ACT; TO ABOLISH ABORTION IN ARKANSAS AND PROTECT THE LIVES OF UNBORN CHILDREN; AND TO PROTECT ALL HUMAN LIFE.
TO CREATE THE CLIMATE REGULATORY ARKANSAS PLUMBING ACT; AND TO DECLARE AN EMERGENCY.
TO ESTABLISH A RIGHT OF PRIVACY CONCERNING CORONAVIRUS 2019 (COVID-19) VACCINATION STATUS; TO ESTABLISH A GRANT PROGRAM WITH DISTRIBUTION FROM COVID-19 RELIEF FUNDS; AND TO DECLARE AN EMERGENCY.
TO REGULATE STEP THERAPY PROTOCOLS.
TO ENCOURAGE THE PURSUIT OF NATIONAL CANCER INSTITUTE DESIGNATION BY THE WINTHROP P. ROCKEFELLER CANCER INSTITUTE AT THE UNIVERSITY OF ARKANSAS FOR MEDICAL SCIENCES.
TO REMEMBER SENATOR JIM ARGUE AND TO RECOGNIZE HIS CONTRIBUTIONS TO THE STATE OF ARKANSAS AND HIS LOCAL COMMUNITY.
