TO AMEND THE TELECOMMUNICATIONS REGULATORY REFORM ACT OF 2013; AND TO DECLARE AN EMERGENCY.
TO ENCOURAGE THE PURSUIT OF NATIONAL CANCER INSTITUTE DESIGNATION BY THE WINTHROP P. ROCKEFELLER CANCER INSTITUTE AT THE UNIVERSITY OF ARKANSAS FOR MEDICAL SCIENCES.
