AN ACT TO ESTABLISH A PROCEDURE FOR THE RECALL OF ELECTED OFFICIALS.
TO REQUIRE CARRIERS TO PAY FOR MEDICAL SERVICES PROVIDED TO AN INSURED EMPLOYEE PRIOR TO THE DISCOVERY OF THE PRESENCE OF ALCOHOL, ILLEGAL DRUGS, OR PRESCRIPTION DRUGS UNDER WORKERS' COMPENSATION
TO AUTHORIZE THE STATE BOARD OF EDUCATION TO CONVERT ANY PROFESSIONAL CERTIFICATE ISSUED BY THE BOARD INTO A PERMANENT CERTIFICATE.

TO PROVIDE THAT EMPLOYERS' SEPARATE ACCOUNTS SHALL NOT BE CHARGED FOR UNEMPLOYMENT BENEFITS FOR EMPLOYEES TERMINATED, VOLUNTARILY OR INVOLUNTARILY, DURING THE FIRST NINETY (90) DAYS OF EMPLOYMENT.
