AN ACT CONCERNING HEADLAMPS ON MOTORCYCLES AND MOTOR DRIVEN CYCLES.

REQUESTING LOCAL GOVERNING BODIES TO ADOPT POLICIES SIMILAR TO FEDERAL AND STATE REQUIREMENTS THAT PROSPECTIVE EMPLOYEES CERTIFY COMPLIANCE WITH THE MILITARY SELECTIVE SERVICE ACT.
URGING THE JUDICIARY OF ARKANSAS TO CONTINUE TO USE WISDOM AND DISCRETION COUPLED WITH RESTRAINT IN ALLOWING CAMERAS IN THEIR COURTROOMS.
