PROVIDES THAT THE SECOND SPECIAL SESSION SHALL RECESS AT THE CLOSE OF BUSINESS ON MARCH 4, 2004, UNTIL JUNE 9, 2004, AND WILL BE ADJOURNED SINE DIE ON THAT DATE UNLESS THE SPEAKER AND PRESIDENT PRO TEM DETERMINE OTHERWISE.
