HB2811 - TO ALLOW THE OWNER OF AN ANTIQUE MOTOR VEHICLE OR ANTIQUE MOTORCYCLE TO USE A LICENSE PLATE THAT WAS ISSUED BY THE STATE IN THE SAME YEAR AS THE MODEL YEAR OF THE VEHICLE AND THAT WAS APPROVED BY THE STATE FOR USE DURING THAT YEAR.
