TO MODIFY THE NUMBER OF MEMBERS OF THE ARKANSAS DIETETICS LICENSING BOARD THAT CONSTITUTES A QUORUM AND THAT MAY CALL A SPECIAL MEETING; AND TO AUTHORIZE USE OF EMAIL FOR RENEWAL NOTICES.

TO AUTHORIZE THE STATE BOARD OF EXAMINERS OF ALCOHOLISM AND DRUG ABUSE COUNSELORS TO REQUIRE CRIMINAL BACKGROUND CHECKS FOR APPLICANTS FOR LICENSURE.

TO CREATE ADDITIONAL FINES AND REQUIRE PUBLIC SERVICE WORK FOR SPEEDING OFFENSES.

TO AMEND THE ARKANSAS WATER AND AIR POLLUTION CONTROL ACT; AND TO CREATE AN EXCEPTION FOR VEGETATION DISPOSAL BURNING BY CERTAIN ENTITIES.

TO AMEND THE LAW CONCERNING THE DATES FOR THE BEGINNING AND END OF THE SCHOOL YEAR; TO AMEND THE DEFINITION OF A SCHOOL DAY; AND TO DECLARE AN EMERGENCY.
