TO AMEND THE CALCULATIONS FOR BENEFITS AND FOR STRAIGHT LIFE ANNUITY UNDER THE ARKANSAS PUBLIC EMPLOYEES' RETIREMENT SYSTEM.

THE PRESERVATION OF LOCAL PUBLIC ROADS ACT.

TO IMPROVE THE SAFETY OF CHILDREN ON SCHOOL BUSES BY IMPROVING THE REPORTING OF MOTOR VEHICLE OPERATORS WHO PASS A SCHOOL BUS ILLEGALLY.

TO ASSIST SCHOOL DISTRICTS IN EQUIPPING SCHOOL BUSES WITH ELECTRONIC DEVICES THAT IMPROVE THE SAFTEY OF CHILDREN ON SCHOOL BUSES BY REDUCING THE INCIDENTS OF DRIVERS WHO ILLEGALLY PASS SCHOOL BUSES.

TO AMEND THE ARKANSAS PUBLIC SAFETY COMMUNICATIONS ACT OF 1985 AND TO INCREASE RATES.

AN ACT FOR THE ARKANSAS BUILDING AUTHORITY - THE SUSTAINABLE BUILDING DESIGN PROGRAM GENERAL IMPROVEMENT APPROPRIATION.

TO AMEND ARKANSAS LAW CONCERNING EXPUNGEMENT AND POSSSESSION OF FIREARMS BY CERTAIN PERSONS.

TO AMEND VARIOUS PROVISIONS OF THE DEPARTMENT OF WORKFORCE SERVICES LAW.

TO ALLOW THE ARKANSAS TEACHER RETIREMENT SYSTEM TO ADOPT RULES AND REGULATIONS TO REMAIN IN COMPLIANCE WITH FEDERAL LAWS AND REGULATIONS.

TO UPDATE THE PROCEDURE FOR ACQUIRING AN ACCESS EASEMENT.

TO CREATE A TASK FORCE TO STUDY THE FUNDING OF THE JUDICIAL SYSTEM OF THE STATE OF ARKANSAS.

TO MAKE THE TERM OF OFFICE OF THE DIRECTOR OF THE DEPARTMENT OF LABOR COINCIDE WITH THE GOVERNOR'S TERM OF OFFICE.

TO GRANT SUBPOENA POWER TO THE STATE BOARD OF EDUCATION AND THE PROFESSIONAL LICENSURE STANDARDS BOARD.

TO AMEND ARKANSAS LAW CONCERNING TOBACCO TREATMENT, PREVENTION, AND CESSATION.
