AN ACT TO MAKE VARIOUS CORRECTIONS TO TITLE 3 OF THE ARKANSAS CODE OF 1987 CONCERNING ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES.

TO AMEND THE CONSTITUTION TO GOVERN CONSTITUTIONALLY CREATED AGENCIES AND INSTITUTIONS OF HIGHER EDUCATION IN THE SAME MANNER AS ALL OTHER STATE AGENCIES AND TO GOVERN THE APPROPRIATION OF LOTTERY FUNDS.

TO CREATE THE PREMIUM BIOSOLID MARKETING INCENTIVE ACT AND TO PROVIDE INCENTIVES FOR THE SALE AND PURCHASE OF PREMIUM BIOSOLIDS.

TO PROVIDE THAT EMPLOYERS IN THE ARKANSAS PUBLIC EMPLOYEES' RETIREMENT SYSTEM MUST MAKE CONTRIBUTIONS FOR BOTH ACTIVE AND RETIRED MEMBERS WHO HAVE RETURNED TO WORK.

AN ACT TO MAKE VARIOUS CORRECTIONS TO TITLE 26 OF THE ARKANSAS CODE OF 1987 CONCERNING TAXATION.

TO INCREASE THE AMOUNT BELOW WHICH SALES AND USE TAX IS NOT DUE ON THE PURCHASE OF A MOTOR VEHICLE, TRAILER, OR SEMITRAILER.

AN ACT TO REQUIRE THAT APPLICANTS FOR UNEMPLOYMENT BENEFITS TEST NEGATIVE FOR ILLEGAL DRUG USE.

AN ACT TO ESTABLISH A PRESCRIPTION DRUG MONITORING PROGRAM.

TO PROVIDE THAT CIVILIAN EMPLOYEES OF THE STATE MILITARY DEPARTMENT ARE TO BE REGARDED AS PUBLIC SAFETY MEMBERS FOR ENHANCED CREDITED SERVICE IN THE STATE RETIREMENT SYSTEM.
