CONCERNING WHAT CONSTITUTES A SEX OFFENSE IN THE SEX OFFENDER REGISTRATION ACT OF 1997.

CONCERNING PAROLE RULES AND THE AWARD OF PAROLE; AND TO MAKE TECHNICAL CORRECTIONS.

TO PROVIDE FOR AN ENHANCED PENALTY FOR THE OFFENSE OF DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED WHEN A PERSON CAUSES AN ACCIDENT OR DRIVES WITHOUT A DRIVER'S LICENSE IN EFFECT WHILE INTOXICATED.

TO MAKE TECHNICAL CORRECTIONS TO TITLE 17 OF THE ARKANSAS CODE CONCERNING PROFESSIONS, OCCUPATIONS, AND BUSINESSES.

TO REGULATE FOUNDATION REPAIR CONTRACTS; AND TO REQUIRE A CONTRACTOR TO RECORD A FOUNDATION REPAIR CONTRACT.
