TO CREATE A DIABETES ACTION PLAN FOR THE STATE OF ARKANSAS.

TO EXTEND THE EXPIRATION DATE FOR THE ARKANSAS VOLUNTARY ENHANCED SECURITY DRIVER’S LICENSE AND IDENTIFICATION CARD ACT, AND TO DECLARE AN EMERGENCY.

TO REMOVE THE REQUIREMENT THAT THE OFFICE OF MOTOR VEHICLE RETAIN SUSPENDED OR REVOKED SURRENDERED DRIVER'S LICENSES; TO AUTHORIZE THE ISSUANCE OF A DUPLICATE LICENSE AND IMPOSITION OF FEES.
