TO MAKE THE MINIMUM SERVICE TIME FIVE YEARS FOR MEMBERS TO VEST UNDER THE HIGHWAY EMPLOYEES' RETIREMENT SYSTEM

CLARIFIES THE OFFENSES OF THEFT AND FRAUDULENT USE OF A CREDIT CARD
TO LIMIT RECOVERY BY DHS AGAINST ESTATES OF BENEFIT RECIPIENTS WHERE THERE IS AN UNDUE HARDSHIP.
REPEALS CODE WHICH PROVIDES FOR THE REGISTRATION OF BINGO OPERATORS AND FOR THE LEVY OF A GROSS RECEIPTS TAX ON CERTAIN BINGO OPERATIONS.
AMEND ARKANSAS CODE 16-42-101 PERTAINING TO THE ADMISSIBILITY OF EVIDENCE OF A VICTIM'S PRIOR SEXUAL CONDUCT.
TO COMMEND AND CONGRATULATE RACHEL WEST UPON BEING NAMED ARKANSAS' TOP MIDDLE-LEVEL STUDENT VOLUNTEER IN THE PRUDENTIAL SPIRIT OF COMMUNITY AWARDS.
