URGING THE ARKANSAS HIGHWAY AND TRANSPORTATION DEPARTMENT TO MARK ALL PUBLIC HIGHWAYS IN ARKANSAS WITH REFLECTIVE MARKERS TO INCREASE VISIBILITY OF HIGHWAYS DURING INCLEMENT WEATHER.
