TO ALLOW A COUNTY SHERIFF TO ISSUE DEBIT CARDS TO RELEASED INMATES IN ORDER TO CLEAR THE INMATE'S COMMISSARY TRUST ACCOUNT.
TO ESTABLISH PRE-ADJUDICATION PROBATION PROGRAMS.
TO PREVENT THE USE OF CERTAIN ELECTRONIC DEVICES IN THE POLLING PLACE.
TO CLARIFY THE REGULATORY RESPONSIBILITIES FOR PHYSICIAN OFFICE-BASED SURGERY BY ASSIGNING THE REGULATORY AUTHORITY TO THE ARKANSAS STATE MEDICAL BOARD.
TO REDUCE THE SALES AND USE TAX ON NATURAL GAS AND ELECTRICITY USED BY MANUFACTURERS AND TO DECLARE AN EMERGENCY.
