TO AMEND THE DATE ON WHICH PUBLIC SCHOOLS BEGIN THE SCHOOL YEAR; AND TO ALLOW PUBLIC SCHOOLS TO TRANSITION FROM A CERTAIN AMOUNT OF DAYS REQUIRED DURING THE SCHOOL YEAR TO A CERTAIN AMOUNT OF HOURS REQUIRED DURING THE SCHOOL YEAR.
TO PROHIBIT A PUBLIC SCHOOL DISTRICT OR AN OPEN-ENROLLMENT PUBLIC CHARTER SCHOOL FROM CHARGING A PRIVATE SCHOOL OR A HOME SCHOOL STUDENT FOR THE COST OF AN ENDORSED CONCURRENT ENROLLMENT COURSE.
TO AMEND THE LAW CONCERNING THE ENROLLMENT IN AN ACADEMIC COURSE AT A PUBLIC SCHOOL OR AN OPEN-ENROLLMENT PUBLIC CHARTER SCHOOL OF A PRIVATE SCHOOL OR HOME-SCHOOLED STUDENT.
TO DEEM A STUDENT WITH AN INDIVIDUALIZED SERVICE PLAN ELIGIBLE FOR PARTICIPATION IN THE SUCCEED SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM.
TO AMEND PROVISIONS OF THE ARKANSAS CODE CONCERNING PUBLIC SCHOOL CHOICE.
