HB1037 - AN ACT TO AMEND ARKANSAS CODE 5-4-603 TO PROVIDE THAT THE JURY SHALL IMPOSE A SENTENCE OF DEATH ONLY IF IT DETERMINES THAT THE DEFENDANT WAS AT LEAST 16 YEARS OF AGE AT THE TIME OF THE COMMISSION OF THE CRIME; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
