TO AMEND THE PUBLIC SCHOOL FACILITIES CUSTODIAL, MAINTENANCE, REPAIR, AND RENOVATION MANUAL; AND TO REQUIRE THAT PUBLIC SCHOOL DISTRICTS CONDUCT ROUTINE INSPECTIONS OF ATHLETIC EQUIPMENT.
TO AMEND THE COMPOSITION OF THE STATE PLANT BOARD.
TO AMEND THE LAW CONCERNING PERMITS FOR THE HAULING OF AGRONOMIC OR HORTICULTURAL CROPS IN THEIR NATURAL STATE.

TO ESTABLISH THE PUBLIC SAFETY ACT OF 2019; TO AMEND THE ARKANSAS PUBLIC SAFETY COMMUNICATIONS ACT OF 1985; AND TO DEVELOP A NEXT GENERATION 911 SYSTEM.
