TO RECOGNIZE THE CONTRIBUTIONS MADE BY NOLAN RICHARDSON JR. TO THE UNIVERSITY OF ARKANSAS AND TO REQUEST THE UNIVERSITY OF ARKANSAS AT FAYETTEVILLE NAME THE BASKETBALL COURT IN BUD WALTON ARENA IN HIS HONOR.
RATIFYING THE PROPOSED AMENDMENT TO THE UNITED STATES CONSTITUTION PROVIDING THAT EQUALITY OF RIGHTS UNDER THE LAW SHALL NOT BE DENIED OR ABRIDGED BY THE UNITED STATES OR ANY STATE ON ACCOUNT OF SEX.
